The goal of the Ultimate Gift Foundation is to provide abused and neglected children with counseling, treatment, support, education and mentoring to help them not only heal from the effects of abuse, but discover their own self-worth and innate gifts so they can realize their greatest potential.

Unfortunately, the circumstances in New Mexico are dire.  There are a large number of children and their families who are struggling and have no where to turn.  Most families don't have insurance to provide therapy or treatment for themselves or their children.  Many don't qualify for Medicare or Medicaid.  And many children suffer in silence without the support of Child Protection Services. 

There are no resources for them to receive the help they need, and yet the pain within the children and their families continues to escalate, creating circumstances such as addictions, abuse...even suicide.  Last year, nine children committed suicide, this year four more have committed suicide in our small community of just 10,000 - and the problem continues to grow.
